THE HEART OF INNER WOLF
We believe every human being deserves opportunities to discover who they are, explore what is possible, connect meaningfully with others and the world, and increasingly author their own life.
AUTONOMY
You have your own mind, identity, desires, and strengths. You get to discover who you are and retain ownership of your choices—including when you receive help.
FREEDOM
As awareness expands, possibilities can expand too. You can examine what you have come to believe and recognize choices within the realities of your life.
CONNECTEDNESS
Being yourself and being connected can coexist. There is room for relationships, contribution, community, and a meaningful connection with the world.
EXPERIENCE · I DISCOVER.
We discover ourselves through living: relationships, exploration, mistakes, challenges, creation, and participation. Experience gives us something real to reflect on—and evidence of capacities we might never have recognized.
HOW WE PRACTICE IT
Our approach brings together a way of supporting people and a practice for leading ourselves.
THE RUBY METHOD™
THE INNER WOLF WAY
FOR TEACHERS, PARENTS & PEOPLE WHO SUPPORT PEOPLE
Before we decide what a person needs to become, we can make room to understand the person in front of us.
Receiving is an ongoing practice of openness, curiosity, and care. It can coexist with boundaries, correction, and responsibility. Together, we can explore how Receiving and the RUBY Method inform the way you support a child, student, or group.

YOUR GUIDE
An educator’s experience.
A coach’s belief in you.
A guide’s respect for your path.
Brian brings decades of experience helping people learn, grow, and recognize what they are capable of. His background spans classroom teaching, student engagement and support, counseling settings, program development, and coaching.
That experience has shaped a simple conviction: people need to be understood, have their strengths recognized, and have opportunities to discover what they can do.
His approach combines thoughtful conversation with practical steps, reflection, and lived experience. He will listen, ask questions, help you notice your strengths, and be in your corner as you practice using them.
You remain the author. Brian walks alongside you.
